1. Data Controller

Cloudberry VC ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data processed through this dashboard.

2. Data We Process

This dashboard displays deal flow information sourced from our CRM (Attio), including:

• Company names and descriptions
• Founder contact details (names, email addresses, phone numbers)
• Company location and country
• Funding round information and target raise amounts
• Deal stage and pipeline status
• Investment evaluation assessments

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process this data for the following purposes:

• Investment evaluation: To assess potential investment opportunities
• LP reporting: To provide our Limited Partners with visibility into deal flow and portfolio activity
• Fund management: To manage our investment pipeline and track portfolio performance

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a legitimate business interest in evaluating investment opportunities, and founders reasonably expect venture capital firms to maintain records of deal flow activity.

4. Data Sharing

Personal data displayed in this dashboard may be accessed by:

• Cloudberry VC team members (General Partners)
• Our Limited Partners (investors in Cloudberry Fund I)

We use the following sub-processors:

• Attio (CRM) - Data storage and management (EU)
• Vercel (Hosting) - Dashboard hosting (EU region)

5. Data Location

All data is stored and processed within the European Union. Our CRM (Attio) uses AWS EU infrastructure, and this dashboard is hosted on Vercel's EU servers (Frankfurt).

6. Data Retention

Deal flow data is retained for the duration of the fund lifecycle plus 10 years to meet regulatory and audit requirements. Data relating to investments we do not pursue may be retained for up to 7 years for legitimate business purposes.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Restriction: Request we limit processing of your data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interest

8. Security

Access to this dashboard is password-protected and limited to authorised personnel. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.
